Our focus on quality has been a part of our culture throughout the company's more than 100-year history. Today, LAD's quality assurance systems use the most up-to-date quality techniques and equipment to include Statistical Process Control and product inspection by attributes at facilities throughout North America.

Thanks to our adherence to the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM), LAD has earned the Arkansas Quality Award in 1998 and 1999. The requirements for this award mirror the U.S. Department of Commerce's Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award selection criteria.
